I think therapy works best when a space of compassion, empathy and warmth is present. When we feel heard, seen and understood, we can find balance and connect to our true selves again.
I work with Clients who may be struggling with historical trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD or PTSD symptoms.
My Style:
I work creatively with an eclectic approach that looks holistically at each person based on their needs and style. I use IFS Therapy, NVC, Somatic Psychotherapy, mindfulness, art, attachment theory, DBT and CBT Therapy. My goal is to soften the inner-critic, which so often is the cause of symptoms, and to strengthen self-compassion, which allows for resiliency and emotional regulation to improve.
My work is about exploring how trauma and historical patterns impact our self-worth and relationships. My focus is on helping clients to unlearn painful messages received from outside influences to develop more self-compassion, connection and authenticity in their lives. I see my clients as having the answers within themselves. I'm here as a companion on the healing journey to support you in trusting your own clarity and wisdom.
